• France: I have waited 1 hour to see a doctor ! This is not acceptable ? What if I die before I could see him ?
• China: No ! What's wrong waiting 3 hours to se a doctor ? It sure needs to be change to go faster !
• Québec: I have waited 6 hours to see a doctor. It went fast.
